Y11d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the conditions governing the use of the y11d platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before registering or using any of our services.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the y11d platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance takes effect immediately upon completing the account registration process or upon first use of our services, even without registering an account.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the y11d platform. Continued use following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of those changes. y11d reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review this document periodically.
The y11d platform is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. y11d reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time as part of the account verification process.
These terms form a binding agreement between the user and y11d governing the use of the entire platform, including games, promotions, customer support, and all digital features provided. Any new services added to the platform in the future are also subject to these terms unless otherwise stated in writing.

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the y11d platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any balances held within them. y11d employs multi-layer verification methods to detect and prevent duplicate account registrations.
During registration, users must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including their full name, phone number, and payment details. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without notice. Users are also responsible for keeping their personal information up to date should any changes occur.
The security of your password and login credentials is entirely your responsibility. y11d will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact y11d support immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken.
Users are prohibited from sharing access to their account with others or using an account that does not belong to them. All activity carried out through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you performed it yourself. y11d will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
Users of the y11d platform are responsible for ensuring that their use of this service complies with local laws in their area of residence. y11d provides services to users in Malaysia and bears no liability if users access the platform from regions where such activities are restricted or prohibited.
Users are strictly prohibited from using the y11d platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, game manipulation, or any action that violates Malaysian law. This includes the use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to exploit the gaming system. Violations of these prohibitions may result in legal action.
Users are prohibited from taking any action that could compromise the integrity of the platform, the safety of other users, or the reputation of y11d. This includes attempted hacking, spreading false information about the platform, or interfering with the technical operations of our systems. y11d reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual involved in such activities.
Any form of promotion system abuse — including opening fraudulent accounts to claim bonuses or using illegitimate methods to meet promotion eligibility requirements — is strictly prohibited. y11d reserves the right to void all bonuses, winnings, and transactions associated with accounts found to be involved in promotion abuse, and to close such accounts without compensation.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the y11d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via a range of supported payment methods, including online banking through FPX, e-wallets, and other methods listed in the platform's payment section at the relevant time. y11d does not accept any foreign currency without an approved conversion.
Minimum deposit and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policy and may change from time to time. Users are encouraged to check the latest transaction limit information in their account before making any transaction. Any changes to these limits will be communicated via the platform or to the user's registered email.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe set by y11d and are subject to successful identity verification. y11d reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals for accounts under investigation due to security concerns or suspected fraud. Funds will only be released once the investigation is concluded and a final decision has been made by y11d management.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is registered in their own name. y11d will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. If a user is found to be using a payment method that does not belong to them, y11d reserves the right to freeze the account and hold the funds pending the completion of an investigation.

Platform Liability Limits
Y11d provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranty that the services will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. y11d is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform.
Financial losses resulting from game outcomes, technical disruptions during active sessions, network instability, or external factors beyond y11d's control will not be borne by us. That said, y11d is committed to resolving technical issues promptly and providing reasonable compensation in cases of disruption caused by our internal systems, at management's discretion.
All content on the y11d platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is legally protected intellectual property. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from y11d. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in civil or criminal legal action.
Third-Party Links & Intellectual Property
The y11d platform may contain links or references to third-party services for the convenience of users. y11d has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of their services. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of the relevant third parties separately.
The y11d trade name, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive property of the company and may not be used without written authorisation. Unauthorised use of the y11d brand identity — including on social media, unofficial websites, or marketing materials by third parties — is a serious violation that will be addressed through appropriate legal channels.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by users to y11d through any communication channel will be treated as voluntary contributions, and y11d reserves the right to use them without any obligation to compensate the user concerned. That said, y11d values all feedback as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the platform.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Y11d reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to believe that the user has violated any terms in this document. This includes fraud, promotion abuse, use of multiple accounts, money laundering activities, or any conduct that endangers the platform or other users. Balances in accounts suspended or closed due to terms violations may not be refunded.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the y11d support team via email at [email protected]. Voluntary account closures will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to the user via their original payment method upon successful identity verification.
Terms Amendments & Malaysian Law
Y11d reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Any amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform, unless a different effective date is stated. Users are encouraged to visit this page regularly to ensure they are always aware of the latest applicable version of the terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the y11d platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. By using this platform, users are deemed to have consented to that jurisdiction.
